~Course 1~
2009 Sauvignon Blanc
The fruit! That's what Sauvignon Blanc is all about. No oak, no secondary fermentation, no ostentation-it's all about the fruit. Pour a glass and observe the crisp, bright color, inhale the aromas of cut grass, lemons and a hint of herbs, then take a sip. Taste that fruit? Zesty and crisp with a slight grapefruit undertone
Flemming's House Salad - Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, candied pecans, purple onions and bleu cheese crumbles in a raspberry vinaigrette dressing
~Course 2~
2009 Viognier
Viognier, even the name sounds smooth and soothing. If white wines are spoiled sisters, then Viognier is Cinderella. Most noticeable are the heady scents of flowers, peaches and apricots with honey, and just a kiss of orange blossoms. Smooth and medium bodied,
Belgian Endive topped with five cheese blend
~Course 3~
2008 Zinfandel
Our 2008 Zinfandel is medium-bodied with a bright ruby-red color. This wine has ripe raspberry and cherry fruit flavors with a bit of zesty spice on the mid palate, subtle tannins and a finish that lingers 'till the next sip.
Grilled Baby Back Ribs
~Course 4~
2008 Petite Sirah
The name Petite Sirah is somewhat misleading - there's nothing petite about the taste of this wine. Opaque and dark as night with a delicate bouquet of violets and wild berries, the flavors are bold and sensual with nuances of dark chocolate and boysenberry pie.

Sliced New York with Au Poivre
~Course 5~
2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
The rich dark color of the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon delivers opulent black fruit on the nose. It is layered with flavors of black curĀrents, plum, dark cherries and a hint of tobacco. The wine has an excellent structure, balance and a long and lingering finish.
